Refunds and Re-Printing

At RushCustomBoxes, we strive to deliver the highest quality custom packaging products. However, if any defects or issues with the product are found to be our team's fault upon delivery of the order, we are happy to reproduce or re-print the product for you. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on our products.

Mistakes can happen, so we offer reproduction and re-printing services if errors occur. We can remake your custom boxes and other products to ensure they are of the highest possible quality. Our experts will inspect and proofread the original artwork to make sure it meets all the specifications set by our customers. If any flaws are found, we will provide a re-print or reproduction free of charge.

RushCustomBoxes offers a re-print or reproduction of custom-made products as an alternative to a refund to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are eligible for a re-print or reproduction of your order, please note that the product will be made with the exact specifications and constraints of your initial order. Additional customization requests may incur additional charges.

Requirements for Returns

RushCustomBoxes requires customers to inspect their delivered products for damage or defects within 24 hours of receiving them. Customers must contact RushCustomBoxes within 24 hours of delivery to inform our team about the flaws in the custom-made product, provided the box/material is unused. RushCustomBoxes will not accept claims that the product has been damaged, opened, used, or missing parts. Customers must obtain approval from RushCustomBoxes before returning any products and include all original packing material. RushCustomBoxes reserves the right to refuse a return if any criteria are unmet. Our team will review all return claims, and the decision of reproduction/re-printing will be made upon reviewing the defects.
